The State of Your Portfolio via TechAssess
If you use management strategies with your TechAssess tool, I would suggest you employ the management strategies as part of your database status. Then, your portfolio reports will have what strategy you are employing as part of the reports. I also suggest include numbering as part of the status name. For instance, don't use "Protect & Market" but instead use "1. Protect & Market." It will make later sorting so much easier. Each manager can see where their cases are at any given time, also.
You can do this for an individual manager's cases, or for the office as a whole. Our database had a dashboard, and this chart became one of the components so we always had a snapshot of the entire office
